Sandra H. “Sandy” (Freelove) Angilly, age 71, of Warwick, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. “Bob” Angilly for 50 years.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Samuel A. Freelove, Jr. and Bernice E. (Lambert) Freelove, she lived in Warwick since 1970. Mrs. Angilly was a self-employed accountant for 30 years, with certification as an enrolled agent. She retired in 2012.

Sandy was part of the “Girls Group” from the Warwick Veterans High School Class of 1960, and a member of the Rainbow Alumni. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and camping, but most all was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Devoted to her family, she leaves four sons, Michael A. Angilly of Charlestown, Todd R. Angilly and his wife, Alycia of Lynn, Massachusetts, Jason R. Angilly of Warwick, and Jonathan S. Angilly of Pascoag; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the sister of Esther F. Pettengill of Binghamton, New York and Warren R. Freelove of San Diego, California.

Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17, at 9 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Visiting hours are on Monday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
