Sept. 18 health fair set at Lakewood Baptist

Lakewood Baptist Church will hold a health fair Sept. 18 from noon to 3 p.m. at the church, 255 Atlantic Avenue in Warwick. Walgreens will provide flu shots. Refreshments will be provided by Scandinavian Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing and Assisted
