Sharon E. Lonardo, age 63, of Warwick, died at home on March 11, 2014.
Born in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Albert P. Lonardo and Elizabeth A. (Correa) Doige, she was a life-long Warwick resident. Sharon was employed as a licensed practical nurse at Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick for 34 years before retiring.
She is survived by her loving God-son, Robert Kurowski & family of Arizona; her loving friends, Carol and William Morse of Warwick; her long-time friends, Joan & David Bradley, Pat, and Cheryl; her dog and special companion, Tarazar; and several cousins.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, March 22, at 9 a.m. from the Barrett and Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 618 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited, and may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 8:30-9 a.m. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
