With temperatures in the 50s, craftsmen were in full gear yesterday on the first eight units of the Wyndemere 23-unit condominium project being built by developer Hugh Fisher on West Shore Road. Each of the units, with prices starting in the range of $160,000 to $170,000 includes a single car garage.

Units, which range in size from 900 to 1,300 square feet, are “women-centric” and built to meet the buyer’s preferences. Fisher said he already has a number of reservations for the condos. (Warwick Beacon photos)
