Trudeau Center takes a trip around the world

More than 300 people gathered at the Trudeau Center at 3445 Post Road on Friday to watch the seventh annual Trudeau Center Variety Show, which focused on an “international” theme. Whether it was Gino Cicchetti’s rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner” on flute, or the Irish sound of bagpipes played by Pipe Major for the Rhode Island Fire Fighters Pipes and Drums, Bob Bradley, clients of the center and residents from Trudeau’s Patterson Building, Crayons and West Bay Retirement Living, enjoyed the “tour.” Local magician Matt Roberts (left) served as host and performed a few tricks of his own with help from Wilson Jablonski, 8, of Scituate (center), and Bobby McBride, 9, of Providence. Tim and Sally Gruber organized the show. (Warwick Beacon photos by Jessica A. Botelho)
