Vincent J. “Jimmy” Lewis, Jr., 63, passed away December 23, 2013 at home. He was the beloved husband of Patricia (Lima) Lewis.
He was a son of the late Vincent J. and Noreen M. (Harrington) Lewis. He was a partner of Lewis & Clarke Enterprises, until illness in 1990.
He was the father of Kerri Purro and her husband, Christopher, Gina Algren and her husband, Charles, and the late James V. Lewis; brother of Kevin Lewis, Theodore Lewis and Noreen Magiera; grandfather of Christopher Purro, Amanda, Dylan and Tyler Algren, Alyssa and Mikayla Lewis.
His funeral will be held Saturday, December 28, at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick. Visiting hours Friday 5-8 p.m.
