Virginia M. (Anderson) Vickers, passed away Sunday, November 7, at Kent Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Edward Vickers.
She was a daughter of the late Roger and Angelina (DePatti) Anderson.
She was the beloved mother of Barbara Bradford, Sandra Bradford, Edward Vickers, Jr., William Vickers and the late Cheryl Sawler; sister of Irving Anderson, Barbara Lovelace and the late Roger and Ruth Anderson. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, November 12, at 8 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Benedict Church, Beach Ave. at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-7 p.m.
