The annual Warwick baseball City Series got underway with preliminary-round games Monday and semifinals on Tuesday and Wednesday. Warwick National majors champion Brennan’s Braces clinched a spot in the title game with an 8-0 victory over Warwick West Side’s Langevin’s Reps on Tuesday night. The majors championship and consolation games will be held Friday night at Apponaug Babe Ruth, with both games set to begin at 5:30 p.m. The minors consolation and championship will be played at Warwick West Side and are set for 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
