Warwick North has announced that registration for the 2016 season has officially opened.
Those interested can register in one of two ways. The first is going to www.warwicknorth.com and getting it done there. The second is walk-in registration, which will be held on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Pit, which is on the corner of Atlantic Ave. and Post Road.
For girls, the T-ball softball program incorporates ages 4 to 6 and is $70. AAA Softball for ages 7 to 10 runs at a price of $95, while Majors Softball for ages 9 to 12 costs $120. Junior/Senior Softball for ages 13 to 16 is $130.
For boys, the T-ball program ranges from ages 4 to 6 and costs $70. The next level is AA Baseball for ages 6 to 9 at a cost of $95, then AAA Baseball for ages 8 to 11 for $120. Also for $120 is Majors Baseball for ages 9 to 12. For age 13, there is 50/70 baseball at a cost of $130, and the final level is Senior Baseball for ages 14 to 16 for $175.
Logging on to www.warwicknorth.com can also help hopeful applicants determine their League Age to see which program is the best fit.
The Majors Softball program for Warwick North was the runner-up at the 2015 Little League Softball World Series. Warwick North was a success in its first year after Warwick West Side and Warwick National merged to form one league.
