Roger Williams Park Zoo will honor moms with not just one, but two days of activities and wild encounters during Mother’s Day Weekend, May 12 and 13. All mothers will receive free admission to the Zoo (when accompanied by a child on these days).
The Zoo is also hosting a variety of special activities for all Zoo visitors (free with Zoo admission) during the entire Mother’s Day weekend. Art creation stations will be open for kids to make a special present for mom. Outdoor activity zones featuring hula hooping, jump roping, bean bag toss, chalk drawing, horseshoes and more will entertain the whole family, along with animal encounters, music and entertainers, making for a memorable trip to the Zoo with mom.
