Alison Mae (Wright) Gillette was born in Providence, Rhode Island June 26, 1943 to Vivian L. (Mitchell) and James T. Wright and died June 4, 2017. She was the first of three daughters. Alison graduated from Hope High School in Providence in June, 1961. She married Leonard H. Gillette on May 26, 1962.

She worked in a jewelry company for many years. Alison was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church for fifty-plus years. She retired from CNA work where she loved helping her patients.

Besides her husband, Alison is survived by one sister, Carol L. (Wright) Morton Bell and her husband John H. Bell, Sr. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Robert L. Davidson, who was the husband of her late sister Barbara A. (Wright) Davidson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service Thursday June 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. in Lakewood Baptist Church 255 Atlantic Avenue, Warwick. Interment will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Kindly omit flowers.
