Betty (Callaway) Votta, age 94, of Trent Avenue, Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. She was the wife of the late Timothy Votta.

Born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Willis T. and Florence H. (Carlson) Callaway, she lived in Warwick for most of her life. Mrs. Votta was employed in the office at the former Leesona Corporation in Warwick before retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Greenwood Community Church.

She is survived by three daughters, Jean McCombs (Russell) of Warwick, Cheryl Manni (Michael) of North Providence and Dale Votta of Warwick; two sons, Timothy Votta (Tamara) of Warwick and James Votta (Flo) of Avon, Conn.; eight grandchildren, Seth McCombs (Mindy), Amanda McCombs (Alan), Kyle Castillo (Jaimee), Timothy J. Votta (Jennifer), Nathanael Votta, Callaway Votta, Michael Manni (Yefrik) and John Manni; three great-grandchildren, Ellie, T.J. and Domenic; and nephews Bill and Ken Macera. She was the sister of the late Barbara Macera.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21 in Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Spring Green, Warwick. Burial was in All Saints Cemetery, Warwick.
