In 1965, The Beatles moved on from being cute and clever moptops and transformed themselves into a group of serious and sensuous songwriters. Their album “Help” was different from earlier records, but it was their masterpiece “Rubber Soul” that brought a whole new Beatles to the world.
Join librarian Wil Gregersen for a celebration of “Rubber Soul” on Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 7 p.m. Hear an introduction to the album, listen to the entire recording, and talk about what the music says to you.
