Cordelia “Cora” (Therrien) Padula-Holland, 97, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at Riverview Healthcare. She was the wife of the late John Padula and Herbert Holland.
She was a daughter of the late Ambrose and Delia (Jette) Therrien. Cora was formerly employed for United Lace and Braid, enjoyed wedding cake decorating, growing vegetables, and bowling.
She was the beloved mother of Joseph and Robert Holland, Grace Corsi, Dorothy Fontaine, Patricia Cunningham, and John Padula; sister of the late Henry Therrien. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Her funeral will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 8:45 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Maple Ave., West Warwick at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Warwick. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
