David Vincent, 83, passed away January 3, 2013 at Home & Hospice Care of RI. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Renegaldo) Vincent for 60 years.
He was the son of the late Louis and Mary (Pacheco) Vincent. Mr. Vincent was a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, a communicant of St. Benedict Church, a shipper/traffic manager for Leviton Mfg. for 29 years before retiring and a former member of the Providence Elks, BPOE#14.
Besides his wife; he is survived by his daughter, Linda Goffe and her husband, Terry, of Warwick, two sons, David Vincent, II and his wife, Jodi, of Coventry, and Mark Vincent and his wife, Karen, of Cumberland; one sister, Hilda Gamble of Florida; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Louis Vincent, Jr.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Benedict Church, Beach Ave. at 10 a.m. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 p.m.
