Ernest Francis Faubert, 84, of Warwick, died on Sunday, June 30, 2019. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michel X. and Helen (Brenckle) Faubert. He was the loving husband of Mary L. (Wicks) Faubert.
Ernest proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He went on to work as a truck driver for Matthew Brothers until his retirement in 1999. Following his retirement, he drove for the Cranston Trans Van Service. He was also an accomplished automobile mechanic.
In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by his children, Joseph T. Wicks and his wife Jacalyn of Cranston, Cynthia C. Conley and her husband Kevin of Warwick, Michele L. Sahagian, wife of the late Christopher Sahagian of Warwick, two sisters, Maxine Tannenbaum of Warwick and Dolores Lanoie of Coventry, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
His funeral service will take place at Thr Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Ave, Warwick, on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 11a.m. Relatives and friends are invited and may call an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. www.murphyfuneralhomes.org
