At Jade Dragon, diners find many enticing dinner entrées as well as an extensive list of lip-smacking appetizers, thirty-eight different combination platters, and many other unique and tempting meals. One of the most requested items on the menu is the PuPu Platter ~ a heaping platter of 2 egg rolls, 8 chicken wings, 2 fantail shrimp, 4 chicken fingers, 4 spareribs, 2 beef teriyaki and 4 fried wontons. You will find that everything at Jade Dragon is made to Chef Rickie’s strict standards of freshness and flavor, with special care taken to keep things light and healthy. Chef Rickie even cooks up several meals that contain no soy or wheat products for those with food restrictions such as MSG and gluten allergies. There are plenty of options for vegetarians too. For those more finicky diners, there is also a wide variety of traditional American fare to choose from (including its wildly popular broiled Delmonico Steak, Chicken Club Sandwiches, BLT’s and even Hamburgers and French fries.)
