Joseph M. Medberry, 60, of Central Avenue, died Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at the home of his sister April in Warwick. He was the beloved husband of Marge L. (Dark) Medberry. Mr. & Mrs. Medberry had been married for thirty-five years.

Born in Providence, a son of the late George and Grace (Yattaw) Medberry, he had lived in Seekonk for twenty years before moving to Pawtucket five years ago. Mr. Medberry was the owner of Medberry Design, and prior to that, he worked as a Senior Designer of Blood Processing Machines at Haemonetics Corp., Braintree.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Chris Medberry, and his wife Beth, of Ambler, Pennsylvania; three sisters, Martha Freitas, Mary Medberry, and April Gauthier, and her husband Jeffrey, all of Warwick; three brothers, George Medberry and David Medberry, and his wife Barbara, all of Warwick, and Paul Medberry, and his wife Maryann of Coventry; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Susan Meyers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted, and his burial will be private.
