Kathryn F. (Williams) Ide, age 95, of Farmington, New Mexico, and formerly of Warwick, died on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Cedar Ridge Inn Nursing Home in Farmington. She was the wife of the late Wilbur E. Ide.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Francis B. and Catherine (Walsh) Williams, and a long-time resident of Warwick, she moved to Spring Hill, Florida 1984. In 2001 she moved to Pagosa Springs, Colorado to be near a son and daughter-in-law, and in 2008 relocated to New Mexico. Mrs. Ide was a former parishioner of St. Peter Church in Warwick.
She is survived by two sons: William E. Ide of Bayfield, CO, and Robert F. Ide of West Lake, Ohio; three sisters: Helen Dauplaise of Palm Bay, FL, Betty Kerrigan of Islip, NY, and Barbara Gill of Coventry, RI; a sister-in-law, June Williams of Warwick; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Michael S. Ide.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, April 26, at 10 a.m. in St. Peter Church, 350 Fair Street, Warwick. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. www.barrettandcotter.com
