CHAPTER 2
ADMINISTRATION
ARTICLE I
IN GENERAL
Be it ordained by the City of Warwick:
Section I. Chapter 2 Article I of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Warwick is hereby amended to add the following:
Sec. 2-25. – Notice Article 56-6 transactions under $2,500.00.
Within 24 hours of a request from a department for an Article 56-6 expenditure under $2,500.00 and within 24 hours of the approval of said request, the department head making the request shall notify the City Council President and the Council Finance Chairperson Chairman shall be notified of the details of the request and notified again if the request is approved.
Section II. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as prescribed by law.
