Congressman Jim Langevin (D-RI) will host one of his quarterly Lunch with Langevin events on Saturday, March 5, at noon at Nino’s Pizza in Cranston. This is Langevin’s seventh Lunch with Langevin, having previously visited Coventry, Narragansett, Scituate, Providence, Westerly and Burrillville.
Lunch with Langevin is a public forum that enables constituents of the Second District to meet one-on-one with Langevin to ask questions or share their concerns on whatever issues they wish to discuss. Constituent caseworkers are also on hand to provide constituents with additional resources and schedule meetings. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
“I have been absolutely thrilled with the turnout and response to the ‘Lunch with Langevin’ program. Being accessible is always a priority, and I have found that in this informal setting, constituents feel comfortable sharing their concerns and asking questions,” said Langevin. “I encourage everyone in Cranston, and across the Second District, to join me for lunch and let me know what is on their minds.”
