Marjorie A. (Oatley) Lacoursiere, 71, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017, at home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of James J. Lacoursiere for 41 years.
She was a daughter of the late Charles H. and Gladys E. (Leonard) Oatley. Marjorie enjoyed playing bingo, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Marjorie was the loving mother of Arlene M. Mitchell, Patrick L. Mitchell, Jr., both of Warwick, James D. Tondreau of Woonsocket, and the late Timothy J. Mitchell; devoted nana of ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; caring sister of Robert N. Oatley of South Carolina, and the late Ronald F. Oatley, Charles H. Oatley, Jr., and Arlene N. Kollett. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 10 a.m. in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Visiting hours, Friday, 4-7 p.m.
