Michael G. Jacquard peacefully passed away on July 28, 2019 at the age of 76. Mike was the husband of Judy Jacquard.
Mike was born in Providence on December 22, 1942 to the late George and Celia (Kimble) Jacquard. Mike was the owner of Airport Auto Top in Warwick for many years until he moved to North Fort Myers, Florida. He continued to enjoy working in Pine Lakes Country Club in Florida, where he resided. Mike enjoyed playing golf and fishing.
Mike leaves behind a brother, David Jacquard of Warwick, and three stepchildren, Robert Joseph Potter Jr., and his wife, Kathryn, of Alexandria, Virginia, Christopher Potter and his wife, Lisa, of Madison, Connecticut and Tracey Potter Hackley and her husband, Justin, of Portsmouth. Mike also leaves behind 11 grandchildren: Steven Jacquard, Avery Potter, Olivia Potter, Ryleigh Hackley, Ava Hackley, Jackson Hackley, Drew Hackley, Axel Hackley, Dallas Potter, Brock Potter and Chase Potter. He was predeceased by his son, Michael G. Jacquard Jr., and his sister, Mary Jacquard.
A memorial service will be held for family and friends at Greenwood Church, 805 Main Ave., Warwick RI 02886 on Aug. 28. Services will start at 6 p.m. with a Mass following at 7 p.m. Burial will be private off Block Island Sound.
