The production will be performed on May 10 and 11 before moving to Theater 82 at 82 Rolfe Square, Cranston, for performances on May 17 and 18. All performances will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Next Generation Theatre was formerly the Young Adults Ensemble, founded in 2008. This is the first show of their second season since changing their name. “All This Intimacy” is directed by Rob Roy. The cast consists of local actors Justin Wilder as Ty, Chris Ferreira as Seth, Kerry Giorgi as Jen, Kaitlin Maynard as Becca, Mary Paolino as Maureen and Emily Surabian as Franny.
“All This Intimacy,” written by Rajiv Joseph, is an edgy comedy that explores what happens when a fairly normal man, Ty Green, engages in an uncharacteristic run of promiscuity that ultimately impregnates three women in the span of a single week. Ty quickly realizes that he has only a limited amount of time to piece his life back together.
Tickets are $10, available at the door. Reservations can be made by sending an email to email@example.com.
