Patricia A. Plaziak, 77, died Sunday, January 6, 2019. She was the beloved wife of Raymond L. Plaziak.
Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late James and Rose (Messier) Pryor. She had resided in Houlton, ME before moving to Warwick in 1991. Patricia was employed as an X-Ray technician for 23 years and had worked for Pawtuxet Valley Clinic and Midland Medical where she retired in 2014.
She was the beloved mother of Michael R. Plaziak of Woolwich, ME, and Steven J. Plaziak of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She also leaves her loving grandchildren, Courtney, Hailee, and Ashley Plaziak.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11 a.m. in St. Clement Church, Long Street, Warwick. Burial will be private. Visiting hours respectfully omitted.
