TAX LIEN

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to: THE ESTATE OF ALLAN T. DOHERTY JR, HIS UNKNOWN AND/OR UNASCERTAINED HEIRS AT LAW OR DEVISEES, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PARTIES WHO MAY HAVE A CLAIM TO THE PROPERTY, RI DIVISION OF TAXATION

Whereas, a petition has been presented to said Court by ZIP-LOCK REALTY, A RIGP of 48 East Manning Street, Providence, in the County of Providence and said State, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceedings described in said amended petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the County of KENT and in said State, bounded and described in said petition as follows:

That lot of land with all the buildings and other improvements thereon, situated on the northerly side of Prospect Avenue in the Town of Warwick, in the State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as lot numbered 64 (sixty-four) on that plat entitled “Plat of Bay Side (formerly the M. R. Gardiner Farm) Warwick, R. I. By N. B. Schubarth Apr 1873” which plat is recorded in the office of the Town Clerk in said Warwick in Plat Book 1 page 63 and on Plat Card 43, also on that plat entitled “Plat of Bay Side formerly the M. R. Gardiner Farm in Warwick, R. I. surveyed & Platted by N. B. Schubarth & Co. April 1873, copied May 1878” which plat is recorded in the office of the Town Clerk on said Warwick in Plat Book 2 page 25, and on Plat Card 71. Subject to easements and restrictions of record.

If you desire to make any objection or response to said petition you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said petition, in the office of the Superior Court in Warwick on or before April 30th, 2020, that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the petition should not be granted.

Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said petition will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said petition or any decree entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once each week for three successive weeks in the Warwick Beacon, a newspaper published in said City of Warwick and County of Kent, State of Rhode Island on March 26th, April 2nd, and April 9th, 2020.
