The Ocean State Center for Independent Living (OSCIL) will hold its 29th annual meeting Thursday, April 27 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at their Pawtucket offices at 175 Main Street. The general public is welcome to learn more about the agency.
There will be a brief business meeting followed by presentations by OSCIL Staff about new programs at the center. Keynote speaker will be Heather Schey (a staff member) and her new Guide Dog, Asher. There will be a buffet luncheon.
Advance registration is required by April 20 to cmckenna@oscil.org or by calling 738-1013. Sign language interpreters and CART have been secured. A one-week advance notice is requested if other accommodations are needed. OSCIL is a fragrance-free workplace.
