The Sixth Annual Quahoggers Jamboree will be held June 21 at the Warwick Public Library.
Starting at 5 p.m., attendees will be able to buy dinner at the Portu-Galo food truck. Portu-Galo offers a variety of Portuguese sandwiches, including pork, chicken, steak, crab and egg, along with delicious side dishes.
At 6 p.m. join Warwick quahogger Dave Ghigliotty and his shellfishing mates for Quahogger Storytime. Learn about the special quahogger language, rivalry and brotherhood on the bay, hardships, comical encounters and more.
At 7 p.m., Rhode Island's acclaimed Debra Mann Quartet takes the stage to offer a selection of Dave Frishberg's humorous jazz
tunes, including songs such as "I'm Hip," "Blizzard of Lies," "My Attorney Bernie" and "Peel Me a Grape."
