Angilly, Arnold to attend RI Hockey HOF induction

The RI Hockey Hall of Fame has announced that Dale Arnold will again serve as master of ceremonies and Warwick native Todd Angilly will sing the national anthem to open the Hall of Fame’s annual induction ceremonies on Sept 6th at the Twin River Event Center in Lincoln, RI.

Arnold is one of the most recognizable personalities in New England sports television and radio and a fixture as emcee at similar major sports events, such as the annual Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame ceremonies.

Dale is the only person to have called play-by-play for all five Boston professional teams – Bruins, Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics & Revolution. He has also called NCAA hockey, the Beanpot and Frozen Fenway. As a television host, he has worked on broadcasts for the Bruins, Red Sox, NESN Daily and the Instigators. Dale currently hosts “The Dale & Keefe Show” on WEEI.

Angilly received rave reviews, locally and nationally, during his first year as the national anthem singer at Boston Bruins home games, taking over for the legendary Rene Rancourt, who retired last season.

Todd is a Warwick native who now lives in Lynnfield, MA. He is a probation officer by day, and during the Bruins and Celtics seasons, he is a bartender at the SportsDeck, located at TD Garden. The 43-year-old is trained as an opera singer from his time at the New England Conservatory, and has performed for all five Boston professional sports teams.
