RIHA to Host ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training Class on February 11th

Join the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) for a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Full-Certification Training class on Tuesday, February 11th at the New England Institute of Technology’s Phillip G. Parsons Lecture Hall. This new, one-day course meets current Rhode Island Department of Health training requirements for food licenses. Topics addressed include:

●Proper personal hygiene
●Cross contamination prevention
●Time and temperature controls
●Cleaning and sanitizing
●Allergen training

Private Food Handler Training is also available. Food

On Tuesday, February 11th, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
