The fun part of being creative, at least for John Brown Francis School students on Friday, was blacking out the colorful scenes they created. The black covered the paper from edge to edge and predictably ended up on fingers, and from there the guess was as good as anyone’s. But the black was all in preparation for the next step of scratching it off to have creations jump out from the night.
