Adeline Mollo was feted on her 100th birthday at the Warwick home of her daughter, Barbara Tarczuk. A long-time Warwick resident, Adeline was born on January 12, 1920 and was married to the late John N. Mollo for 57 years. She is the mother of three children and has four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her daughter Barbara said her mother “continues to inspire everyone with her strength, selflessness and devotion. Adeline has always been especially proud of her home-cooked Italian meals. Her gravy and meatballs are the best!” Adeline was presented a proclamation by Ward 7 Councilman Steve McAllister, who also provided the Beacon with this picture.
