A check for $1,900, proceeds of the Warwick Rotary Club 5K Turkey Trot held Thanksgiving morning at City Park was donated to the Kent (Hospital) Emergency Employee Program, KEEP, at the club’s weekly meeting last Thursday. The funds go to hospital employees, allocated by a committee that reviews applications and keeps situations confidential, who have fallen on tough times. Making the presentation was club member Thomas Sanford, at right, who organized the trot to the Rev. David Ricard, hospital chaplain and Sue Barbour, who help oversee KEEP. (Warwick Beacon photo)
