Thanks to the Rotary Club of Warwick, all third graders in public and parochial schools were given their own dictionaries Wednesday. Club president Mark Arnold, seen here giving the dictionaries to Oakland Beach students, said the club has been doing the project for at least 20 years as his wife, Bridgett, was given one when she was a student at John Brown Francis School. Mayor Joseph Solomon, Councilwoman Donna Travis and School Committee Chair Karen Bachus assisted in handing out the books that contain a plethora of information including Braille, sign language and information on all the countries in the world.
