Students in the Day School Program at Sargent Rehabilitation Center recently celebrated the holidays with their rendition of "Home for the Holidays.” Students used their creative skills to write and perform this original play to an audience of family and friends under the direction of Jordan Butterfield, Director of Education, at Trinity Repertory Theatre. Ms. Butterfield has been working with the students in the Day School Program for the past two years combining play, laughter and social interaction through Sargent's Theatre Arts Program. She describes the students as a "wonderful and talented ensemble of performers whose humor, wit and creativity never ceases to amaze me.” A parent reacted stating, "The change in my child, as a result of the Program at Sargent Center and the collaborative Theatre Arts Program with Trinity, is remarkable." Pictured from left are students Christian Nunez, Nathaniel Baddoo, Michael Barreto and Asa Taylor. (Submitted photo)
