Walter R. Lovelace, 84, passed away June 29, 2017. He was the loving husband of the late Barbara D. (Anderson) Lovelace.
He was a son of the late Harold, Sr. and Lyla (Bass) Lovelace. Walter was a United States Army and Navy Veteran. He was employed with Geigy Chemical Co. for many years before retiring.
Walter was the brother of Carol Johnson, and Harold Lovelace, Jr. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 10 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Benedict Church, Beach Ave. Burial with military honors will be in the Rhode Island Veterans’ Cemetery, Exeter.
