Gavin Gabriel Smith was born December 21, 2012 at 8:02 a.m. to proud parents Eric and Erin Smith and big sister Kasey Smith of Warwick.

He is the grandson of Lori Wayss of Warwick, Stanley and Nancy Smith of Florida and the late Steven Casey.
