The Wickford Art Association (WAA) is presenting “Anything Goes!” from January 10 to February 2. Admission to the gallery is free and open to the public.
The Call for Entries registration is on Tuesday, January 7 from 11 a.m.to 6 p.m., Wednesday, January 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday, January 9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Artists may refer to www.wickfordart.org for submission guidelines and entry fees. Call for Entries registration is open to all artists (WAA members or non-members) in any fine art medium.
The juror is Michael Rose, an art historian, gallerist and appraiser based in Southern New England. Michael is currently the Gallery Manager at the Providence Art Club.
The “Anything Goes!” reception is on Sunday, January 12, from 1 to 3 p.m. at 36 Beach Street, North Kingstown. Michael Rose will present awards with cash prizes at 1:30 p.m.
Wickford Art Association hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-3p.m. and Sunday noon to 3 p.m. For more information, call 294-6840 or visit www.wickfordart.org.
