Spooky time at the Natural History Museum

Spooky stories, haunted museum vault tours, creature features, mystery guests and a trick-or-treat bag full of Halloween fun! Discover the creepy and crawly things that make Halloween special with spooky activities and Museum creature features! Visitors receive a complimentary treat bag and treats in exhibit halls. Free Museum admission for costumed visitors. Events include:

Tales from the Haunted Vaults: Museum Vault Tours from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again at 3 p.m. Space is limited. First come, first served. Cost: $5, $4 children 4 to 7. Children under 4 not admitted (includes Museum-Planetarium Admission Fee). Come join us for a tour of the Museum’s basement vaults. See bats, mini-beasts, vultures, spiders and more, many that have never been on public view. Do not miss this rare chance.

Creepy Crawly Family Fun Activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Spooky fun crafts and activities for the whole family.

The Museum of Natural History is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. year round. The Museum of Natural History is wheelchair accessible. More information is available on the Museum’s Web site, providenceri.com/museum.
