With appreciation for the article, I offer a couple of clarifications: I propose reform of EMTALA to allow local emergency rooms to reduce emergency room abuse and the amount of uncompensated care, helping our local hospitals and lowering out of control costs in general. I view the incumbent's position on SOPA as unaccountable because, in saying he opposes SOPA because it is not compatible with cyber security, most people don't know enough about either topic to hold the incumbent accountable. One might find themselves saying "it's all Geek to me."
