You are hereby notified that the scheduled City Council and City Plan Commission workshop to discuss the redevelopment proposal for “Mulligan’s Island” on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 6:30 P.M. is cancelled and will be instead held March 4, 2025 at the Cranston High School East, 899 Park Avenue, Cranston RI, 02910.
The owners are Mulligan’s Island LLC, represented by attorney John O. Mancini. They seek to discuss their redevelopment proposal at the Mulligan’s Island property. The proposal will likely require a Comprehensive Plan amendment as well as the creation of a special zoning district. The discussion with the public will serve to inform the future proposal.
The zoom webinar information for remote participation as well as information on how to access the online application materials will be provided in the Cranston Herald at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
Please note the regular February 4, 2025 City Plan Commission meeting will be resume at the normal meeting location, 3rd floor, Council Chamber, 869 Park Avenue, Cranston RI 02910 at 6:30 p.m.
