DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 4:15 a.m. on Nov. 4, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alex Martra, 24, of 48 Chestnut Hill Ave., Apt. 3, Cranston, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Martra was held for morning court.

SHOPLIFTING

At 9:50 a.m. on Nov. 3, Cranston Police officers arrested Carissa M. Manning, 37, of 11 Binghampton Ave., Apt. 1, Johnston, for one count of Shoplifting and held without bond on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was a result of a call for service at Stop & Shop, 204 Garfield Ave. Manning was issued a release to appear, then transported to the ACI.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 12:43 a.m. on Nov. 2, Cranston Police Officers arrested Michael Mangiarelli, 56, of 314 Princess Ave., Cranston, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest is the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned location. Mangiarelli was awaiting arraignment and held as a bail violator, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 12:47 a.m. on Nov. 2, Cranston Police Officers arrested Krista M. McCagney, 38, 314 Princess Ave., Cranston, for domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned location. McCagney was awaiting arraignment and is currently at RI Hospital.

DUI

At 12:46 a.m. on Nov. 2, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alyssa M. Beaton, 25, 18 Balsam Lane, Smithfield, for an arrest warrant for DUI (BAC readings 0.10 to 0.15). The arrest was the result of an earlier arrest by the Rhode Island State Police. Beaton was arraigned and released by a bail commissioner.

WARRANT ARREST

At 4:12 a.m. on Nov. 2, Cranston Police Officers arrested Victor A. Avila, 38, 891 Cranston St., Cranston, for three Superior Court Bench Warrants. The arrest is the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street at Niantic. Avila was turned over to the ACI.

WARRANT ARREST

At 5:55 p.m. on Nov. 1, Cranston Police Officers arrested Ginamarie Costa, 54, of 101 New London Ave., Apt. 145, Cranston, for an active Rhode Island State Police warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Mobil, 975 Oaklawn Ave. Costa was turned over to Rhode Island State Police.

DRIVING WITHOUT OWNER’S CONSENT

At 6:20 a.m. on Nov. 1, Cranston Police Officers arrested Christina Whited, 56, of 52 Greene Ave., Cranston, for Driving Without Consent of Owner. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Park and Gansett avenues. Whited was held for arraignment.

VANDALISM

At 9:01 a.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Justin Goins, 39, of 126 Elwyn St., Cranston, for Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property.

DRUG POSSESSION

Around 11:24 a.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Licheva Castro, 35, of 112 Briggs St., Providence, and charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance (under 10 grams, crack cocaine and fentanyl).

SHOPLIFTING

At 2:07 p.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Jaycup D. Lindgren, 26, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. G125, Cranston, on a Shoplifting charge, at Stop & Shop, 204 Garfield Ave.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 3:20 p.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Wendely Bautista, 24, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. E110, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Simple Assault/Battery, after an incident at the Riverbend Apartments.

SEXUAL OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

Around 4:30 p.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Ronald Sanford, 51, of 30 Howard Ave., Apt. 58, Cranston, for failing to update his Sexual Offender Address with authorities.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Around 9:21 p.m., Oct. 29, Cranston Police arrested Milene S. Fernandes, 43, of 85 Meadow Drive, North Providence, for Possession of Stolen Vehicle (first offense).

At 12:16 a.m., Oct. 30, Cranston Police arrested Nichol M. Corey, 40, of 18 Kennedy Road, Newport, for an active Second District Court arrest warrant.

At 1:20 a.m., Oct. 30, Cranston Police arrested Roland R. Bernier, 40, of 234 Ausdale Road, Cranston, for an active Third District Court bench warrant. He was also charged with Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License (fourth or subsequent offense, a misdemeanor).

At 7:44 a.m., Oct. 30, Cranston Police charged Sandra R. Pombeiro, 43, of 113 Greenwood St., Apt. 2, Cranston, for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault and/or Battery (first offense) and Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct.

At 12:53 p.m., Oc.t 30, Cranston Police arrested Ryan J. Gautier, 37, of 16 Uxbridge St., Cranston, for Simple Assault or Battery (two counts) and Disorderly Conduct.

At 12:54 p.m., Oct. 30, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Lee King, 37, homeless, for a charge of Willful Trespass following an incident at 102 Jordan Ave.

At 11:14 p.m., Oct. 31, Cranston Police charged Michael F. Mancini, 29, of 84 West Hill Drive, Cranston, for License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol, Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance, Firing in a Compact Area, Large Capacity Feeding Device Ban, and Disorderly Conduct, following an incident at 39 Phenix Ave.

DRAG RACING

At 7:12 p.m., Oct. 31, Cranston Police arrested Corey Mossman, 30, of 14 Abbey Lane, Foster, for Driving So As To endanger (Physical Injury), and Reckless Driving/Drag Racing/Eluding Police following a traffic stop near 266 Scituate Ave.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 9:44 p.m., Oct. 31, Cranston Police arrested Miguel A. Chevez Bonilla, 22, of 977 Chalkstone Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, for Simple Assault or Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.
