Brian A. Dupont, 75, of South Kingstown, passed away on Saturday at South County Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Denise M. (Bouchard) Dupont, with whom he shared 47 wonderful years of marriage.
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Ernest and Gladys (Rice) Dupont. Brian spent many years living in Warwick before moving to South Kingstown seven years ago. For over forty years, he was a dedicated real estate agent and owner of Real Estate Masters before retiring.
Brian had a deep passion for music, which was evident in his role as the drummer for the band D-Train. His love for rhythm and melody brought joy not only to him but also to those around him. In addition to music, he was an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying playing softball with Kenney Mfg., where he formed lasting friendships and cherished memories on the field.
Above all, Brian cherished the time spent with his grandchildren, Stryder, Tristan, and Olivia Dupont. He loved sharing his interests with them, whether it was teaching them about music or cheering them on in their own sports endeavors. His family was the center of his world, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
Brian's love for Denise was profound and unwavering. Together, they created a beautiful life filled with laughter, support, and shared dreams. Their bond was a testament to enduring love, as they navigated life's ups and downs hand in hand, always finding strength in one another.
In addition to his wife, Brian is survived by his two sons, Cory B. Dupont of Warwick and Brandon A. Dupont of Cranston.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during calling hours on (Day/Date) from 4-7 PM at the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick.
