Invitation to Bid on Warwick Center for the Arts, 3259 Post Road, Warwick RI 02886 project for Warwick Center for the Arts (WCFA).  WCFA is seeking bids for the project that consists of building a new double front door and providing automatic door openers on three doors of a historic building.

The project specifications as well as details on all bid submittal requirements will be available by emailing Danielle Salisbury at danielle@warwickcfa.org and Susan Aitcheson at eg1295@gmail.com.  You may email to request a site walk-through and for any questions on this bid. Questions can be answered from July 7 until July 23rd.  Please note that no one is available for questions the week of July 24th.

Bids must be received at WCFA offices at 3259 Post Road Warwick RI 02886 by 12:00 PM on August 1st 2022 Monday. Opening of bids will follow and bid results will be available by email if requested. Hours at WCFA are very limited. Please be sure to make an appointment. 401-737-0010

Bids must be sealed and properly labeled. Emailed, faxed or unsealed bids will not be accepted.  Bids are to be mailed or delivered to Danielle Salisbury, Warwick Center for the Arts, 3259 Post Road Warwick RI 02886 and labeled: Bid for Front Doors Replacement Project.

This is a Federally Funded project. The contractor and subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, the Davis-Bacon Act, Non-Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents. Contractor shall be paid for completion of the work in accordance with the contract documents and funding requirements from a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).

Warwick Center for the Arts reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom in their consideration offered the lowest and best proposal. Bidders must be properly certified under the laws governing their respective trades and be properly insured.
