Joan I. (Harrison) Bell, 82, a retired lunch-aide for the Warwick School Department passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the Kent Hospital in Warwick. She was the wife the of the late James R. Bell. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine (McLeod) Harrison. Joan was the beloved mother of Beverly J. Carney, loving grandmother of Heather, Michael, Chelsea, Matthew and Emilee, sister of Richard Harrison and aunt of Michael and Sandra. Joan enjoyed going to the beach, listening to music, dancing and baking, especially her apple pie.
Her visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 10-11am followed by a service at 11am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Information and condolences, visit www.theQuinnFuneralHome.com
