NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M. **This meeting is anticipated to be virtual only on Zoom. However, if the current Executive Order extending EO 22-01 from Governor McKee lapses or is revoked, and if no other legal authorization occurs prior to the meeting date noted above, then an in-person meeting will be held at the Police Department Community Room, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, RI. Please visit https://www.warwickri.gov/planning-board where the location will be updated prior to the meeting.**. The link to Agenda is also located on the same City webpage. The Agenda must be posted at minimum 48 hours prior to the meeting. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Major Land Development Project for Preliminary Application decision. The Applicant is proposing merge five lots into one, demolish an existing building, and construct a new 4,600 SF +/- Seasons gas station with drive thru window, parking, landscaping, and related appurtenances.
