NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Police Department Community Room, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, RI. Please visit https://www.warwickri.gov/planning-board to view the agenda and plans. The Agenda must be posted at minimum 48 hours prior to the meeting.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Major Land Development Project for Preliminary Plan Application decision. The Applicant is a Dunkin Donuts at 35 West Shore Road. This represents a redevelopment of the existing Dunkin Donuts at 1584 Warwick Ave. The Applicant is proposing a merger of three (3) lots into one, and constructing a new 5,907 square foot building (3,657 SF +/- first floor / 2,250 SF basement) with drive-thru window.
