Each to be sold to the highest bidder at public sale on 2/13/2025, at the times below at 3 Division St., East Greenwich, RI 02818, IM 01 Prime, LLC reserving right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale: 1976 27' Catalina JUST BREATHE HIN CTYL2982M76J last known owner Victor A. Jubinville at 10:30 AM, lien: $7,779.08 plus costs; and 1978 32' Endeavor SHENANIGANS HIN ENC322850178 last known owner John T. Mullaney and/or Dana Lauer at 10:40 AM lien: $6,472.50 plus costs. Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
