Dry Dock Facilities Act, SHM Cowesett, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Cowesett Apponaug asserts liens on the following vessels, which will each be sold to the highest bidder at public sale on January 11, 2023, at the times listed below at 2 Shattock Ave., Warwick, RI 02886, and reserving right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale:

1978 Caillou Sailing Vessel DREAM WEAVER with HIN CLYC8112M78B and last known owner Douglas Grey at 10:40 am, vessel lien: $7,282.80 plus collection costs; 1975 Pearson Sailing Vessel BECCA ERIN with HIN PEA46137M75J and last known owner Victor H. Bender at 10:50 am, vessel lien: $7,711.20 plus collection costs; 1977 Continental Sailing Vessel EVY D with HIN CPY28287M77K and last known owner Michael Fraser/Louis P. Couture at 11:00 am, vessel lien: $7,711.20 plus collection costs; and 1976 Ranger Sailing Vessel VALKYRIE with Official # 587108 and last known owner Larry Strong/Jan Albert at 11:10 am, vessel lien: $6,211.80 plus collection costs. Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
