“Star Wars: Episode II-Attack of the Clones” was showing on the IMAX screen.
Tim Allen had another winner with “The Santa Clause 2.”
Thanksgiving buffets were featured at the Holiday Inn in Providence ($21.95) the Sheraton Providence Airport ($21.95) and the Radisson in Warwick ($22.95).
“Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk” was at PPAC.
“1776” was at the Community Players in Pawtucket.
The Irish Tenors were at PPAC.

“The Last Unicorn” was a delightful holiday family movie. “Heidi’s Song” was another.
Matt Dillon starred in “Tex.”
Former Cranstonian classical guitarist Vincent Fraoili gave a free concert at Rhode Island College.
Another former Cranstonian, magician Lon Cerel, was touring with comedian Henny Youngman.
DJ Kenny Cool spun records at TKs Lounge on West Shore Road in Warwick.
Meadowbrook Restaurant on Warwick Ave. had daily lunches with dessert for $2.25.
“Barnum” was at the Ocean State.
“A Touch of the Poet” was at Rhode Island College.
Baritone Edgar E. Edwards sang at the Warwick Public Library in a free concert for Warwick’s “Salute To Italian Culture Month.”
Senior Citizens got a 10 percent discount at The Pickle Barrel on Warwick Avenue.
Howard Johnson’s had a Seafood Special (clams, flounder and shrimp) with French fries, onion rings, coleslaw and garlic bread for $4.95.
